I will offer a blend of coaching, counseling, mindfulness, and spiritual mentorship.

My coaching is both Client-Focused and Client Directed. You and I will work cooperatively to identify and break through whatever it is that is holding you back. Together we will explore how you can implement new ways of living that will empower you to be the best version of yourself.
