What is the purpose of hiring a coach?
The happiest and most successful people that I know have a TEAM of support including mentors, coaches, consultants, and mutually supportive relationships. Coaching is one of the piece of the puzzle that cultivates a thriving life, and can often be the first step to creating that foundation. Having me as your coach is not only an investment in yourself, but it is also a declaration to the universe that YOU matter. When you function from this mindset, life really begins to shift for the greater.
What is coaching?
Coaching offers a safe, unconditionally loving space for you to explore yourself and improve your life from a place of action. Coaching is not a passive experience, but rather a cooperative one where you and I work together to identify and break through whatever it is that is holding you back. I offer a blend of coaching, counseling, mindfulness, and spiritual mentorship.
Together we will explore how you can implement new ways of being that can empower you to step into the best version of yourself.
How many sessions do you recommend?
In order to see authentic and lasting improvements in yourself, you are going to want to take the time to invest yourself into more self loving habits. Habits of thinking and behaving take time to change, and even more time to become permanent. Some clients choose coaching to replace weekly therapy, or choose to receive both, concurrently. Whichever you choose, ongoing support for a least a few months is minimum to explore what is required to create "lasting" success.
